Terms and Conditions
1. Scheduled Tour Time
For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all guests, venues and staff, latecomers will not be admitted. No refund or exchange available for latecomers.
2. Children
Tour content is of an adult nature, parental guidance is advised. The minimum guest age for most APPI Ghost Hunts & Tours is 14 years An acception to these rules are the Parramatta Gaol Ghost Hunts, which is 18+ years, and the Murder & Mystery tour, which is 12+ years. Roughley House being a 16 year age limit.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian over the age of 18. For guest comfort and safety, unaccompanied children, children under the minimum required age for each tour and babies and infants will not be admitted on tour.
3. Refund Policy
You may be entitled at law or under the LPA Code to a refund where an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated. To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), neither Paranormal Entertainment nor the Presenter will reimburse you for auxiliary expenses (such as the cost of travel, car-parking, child-care and accommodation) or other consequential loss suffered by you in connection with your attendance or non-attendance at an event. Paranormal Entertainment recommends that you obtain ticket and/or travel insurance for those expenses.
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), neither Paranormal Entertainment nor the Presenter are liable to refund to you any amount beyond the face value of the ticket plus any transaction fee.

4. Tours run in all weather conditions
Tours run rain, hail or shine.
5. Tours cancelled by APPI Ghost Hunts and Tours
In the unlikely event that a tour is cancelled, guests will be notified immediately and offered the choice of another date or another tour. Full paying customers will also be offered the choice of a refund. We cannot be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other associated costs the guest has incurred due to cancellation of our tours.
6. Bookings
In order to keep tour prices low and ensure guests are serviced in the fairest manner, places cannot be held for tours without full payment. If a tentative booking is made, the place will be given to guests who makes full payment first. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received. Only a quota of discounted tickets are allocated to each session please bare this in mind when booking and book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
There are instances where it may be possible for guests to have their tickets transferred to a different event. Should this be permissible, a $10 per ticket fee will be charged. Please note, it is not guaranteed that your tickets may be transferred.
7. Delivery of tickets
Once booked and paid, an email will be sent with all the information that you require. Customers who book through the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre will receive paper tickets either in the mail or at the box office.
8. Clothing
In order to ensure your safety, flat, comfortable, closed shoes and weather relevant clothing must be warn or admission may be refused.
9. Guest Conduct
In order to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, any guest under the influence of alcohol or other substances may be refused admission without a refund. Any guest that does not follow tour guide instructions or behaves inappropriately towards tour guides, other guests and staff during a tour will be asked to leave the tour without a refund.
10. Waiver of Liability
APPI Ghost Hunts & Tours visit haunted, historic locations that may include stairs, dark alleyways and other hazards. Australian Paranormal Phenomenon Investigators trading as APPI Ghost Hunts & Tours, hold Public Liability Insurance and ensure all care is taken for your safety during the tour, however, by purchasing a ticket you agree that you voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, death, loss, cost or damage to your person or property and you release the venue, Australian Paranormal Phenomenon Investigators and booking agents from any and all liability resulting from the negligence of the venue and its owners, officers, employees or agents. You agree to indemnify and hold Australian Paranormal Phenomenon Investigators, the venue and its owners, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any liability resulting from the negligence of the venue, Australian Paranormal Phenomenon Investigators and its owners, officers, employees or agents. This indemnification obligation shall not include the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Australian Paranormal Phenomenon Investigators, the venue and/or its owners, officers, employees or agents. You certify that you are in good physical health and able to undertake and engage in the range of tour activities in which you choose to participate. This waiver, release and indemnification agreement includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur as a result of (a) use of all amenities and equipment in the venue and your participation in any activity, (b) sudden unforeseen malfunctioning of any equipment and (c) slipping or falling while in the venue or on the venue premises, including adjacent sidewalks and parking areas. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this waiver, release and indemnification agreement and fully understand that it is a release of liability. For yourself and your heirs, executors and assigns you acknowledge and agree that you have been fully informed of and acknowledge, assume and accept the risks inherent in attending an APPI Ghost Hunts & Tours.
11. Privacy Policy
Customer details will not be shared with any third parties. When purchasing a ticket, your email address will be added to our database. Newsletters will be sent from time to time. You may choose to unsubscribe from the newsletter and be removed from the database at any time. Credit card details are not stored in our database.

All Tours are run by Paranormal Entertainment (ABN 47 404 76 8964) trading as Australian Paranormal Phenomenon Investigators.
