Man moaning?

Here's an interesting video from our investigation of the Bundanoon Hotel.  At this point in the night, there was only Nic and I in the room.  No men were present.  So who is making this groaning sound?

EVP

This EVP was captured when we were doing our initial base line readings in the hotel.  Both of our EMF meters were flashing like crazy, and then both suddenly stopped.
